As for the song, it's quite ominous, but it lacks atmosphere. The tonal progression is what makes it creepy, but to build atmosphere there needs to be some sort of tone logic behind it. And the tinny distortion on this effect, its meh. Nothing against your composition, but I'm not getting a "sad" vibe from this.

It's like a punch to the gut. I will admit, it is a bit cluttered like Dachampster said; however, its so disgusting that its forgivable. Reminds me a lot of Exision and Datsik mash-ups.
